Manithan 2.0

Just getting interested from trailer was in two minds if I should see this movie...
As a prior step also read the review. Decision was made to see the movie.
Searched for tickets but could not get the same.

With the recent upgrade to a broadband with a better speed searched if there are any online links...yes found one with pretty decent clarity.

Now for the movie...no songs with group dancers..no punch dialogues..no acrobatic fights....The hero of the film has no track record to such subjects and infact he has been ridiculed for his acting skills in some of his previous movies in social media...but not this time.

If you are the one who are interested in films with court scenes who may like it as I did.(Mamooty's Mouna samandham was the one which interested me a lot several years back). The film entirely revolves around the story line it took and does not deviate much from it. Comedy by Vivek and others is not a separate track but blends well with the main story
Heroine Hansika does her role neatly and strangely, no glamour this time.

Director I.Ahmed has shown some great touch by interlinking certain sequences and shows a difference in style. Kudos to the director and this seems to be a remake aswell.

Ok...If you have still not guessed whats the movie its Manithan by Udhayanidhi Stalin. Except for the title the film has no connection with the hit film of the 80s by super star.

Udhayanidhi requires a special mention and this is really him graduating to
ver 2.0. Yes seriously  he has done it very well. This seems to be a different genre from his production house and should be a success in BO.

Nice Change from the present trend and an interesting story line.

Spl mention: Radha ravi

Score: 3.75 / 5

Winning your boss

As I was observing on the Process of Appraisals that were going on in my new Organisation, it brought about the subjectivity that is present in the system. The only way to come out in flying colors is, be a pet to your Boss and reap rich dividends. Though the companies claim about the various thought process that has been put forward in designing the appraisal system, it all boils down to the previous line you just read. I know a guy who always came out with the best score possible during the appraisal not because he did a great job but for his attitude to tasks given by his Boss. I do not claim that he is a person who just thrives because of the "pet" tag , though he does pretty decent job. But if you consider his peers who do the same "decent" job, they somehow end up lower than him. WHY ? Again it is how he presents himself to the boss...Watch below some of his action. Never disputes the idea told by the Boss. Can always spot some think good in the Worst of

Australia - Racist ?

Now Australia is in the News for all wrong Reasons. Guess what ! the most peaceful country in the world has now been branded as a Racist Country by the Asians living over there. But something tells me from the various inputs received ,Australia is not all to blame for. Australia has education as the third biggest source of income and is really building its base on the foreign students who fly down from across the world mainly from Asia . Having said that can they really afford to be Racist is the question that comes to mind. Australians are no doubt a mixed group of people with various levels of education and majority of them are really assertive (unlike Indians ) no matter what their level of education is. This being the case how do our Desi guys conduct themselves in a foreign land is also a thing to ponder. For instance, Desi's form large groups on streets and keep talking loudly ,blocking the path and Australians find this really awkward and unlike Indians being assertive t

Client Interfacing

Dealing with any clients in services is an art. In the case of IT, we primarily deal with American clients. It is useful to know how the English language works with them. Some of us may hesitate to speak to the client.Beacuse we are not confident. When we practice the following tips, we can boost our confidence. Interactions with American clients - Useful tips 1. Do not write "the same" in an email - it makes little sense to them. Example - I will try to organize the project artifacts and inform you of the same when it is done This is somewhat an Indian construct. It is better written simply as: I will try to organize the project artifacts and inform you when that is done 2. Do not write or say, "I have some doubts on this issue" The term "Doubt" is used in the sense of doubting someone - we use this term because in Indian languages (such as Tamil), the word for a "doubt" and a "question" is the same. The correct usage (for clients) is:
